A healthy winter soup that you can prepare in a pressure cooker: Black cabbage soup recipe.

Ingredients:

1 glass of reddish shell bean
1 bundle of black cabbage
2 onions
1.5 glass of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
2 tablespoons of butter
Flaked red pepper
Salt

Preparation:

Chop onions and fry them in oil in a pressure cooker, without closing the lid. Add tomato paste and then add reddish shell bean (that is soaked one night before), minced black cabbage, cornstarch, salt and flaked red pepper. Add hot water to the pressure cooker, close the lid and cook for 40-45 minutes.
