Cake with Diabetic Tea Recipe

3 eggs
1 tea glass of oil
1 glass of whole wheat flour
1 glass of oat bran
1 glass of tea
1 coffee spoon of cinnamon
3 tablespoons of cacao
1 pack of baking powder
1 pack of vanilla
Liquid sweetener or fructose, powder sweetener
Hazelnut for topping


Crack eggs into a pan and mix it well until it foams. In another pot, mix all the dry ingredients – flour, oat, cinnamon, cacao, baking powder and vanilla. Add scrambled egg into the second pot and add sweetener too. I added 2 tablespoon of huxol. Mix it with a wooden spoon – don’t use a mixer, just a wooden spoon. Add oil lastly and bake the cake in your oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes, depending on the oven’s characteristics.
When I take it off the oven, I slice it and place it in a closed container. It is more delicious in this way. Enjoy.
