Ingredients for Celery Soup:

2-3 celery roots
4.5 glasses of beef broth
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of flour
30-60 grams of Roquefort cheese
Salt
Flaked red pepper

Preparation of Celery Soup:

Peel the celeries and cube them into a pressurized cooker. Add beef broth, close the lid and cook for 11 minutes. After removing the steam inside, open the lid and mix the content with a blender.

In a pot, melt butter and mix it with flour. After frying for 2 minutes, add the mixture with flour to the soup, slowly. At medium heat, keep stirring and boil the mixture for 5 minutes.

Lower the heat and add cheese, keep stirring. When you add salt and flaked red pepper too, your soup is ready.
