Ingredients

For the cake:
2 eggs
Half glass of sugar
Half glass of oil
Half glass of milk
1 glass of flour
1 pack of baking powder
1 pack of vanilla
2 tablespoons of cacao
To wet the cake:
1,5 glass of milk
2 tablespoons of cacao

For cream:
3 glasses of milk
2 Turkish coffee cup of sugar
2 Turkish coffee cup of flour
200ml liquid cream

For topping:
Cacao

Preparation
Firstly, we prepare the cake. Whisk egg and sugar well. Add the other ingredients and prepare cake dough (I used a square Pyrex of which dimension is 28x28cm. Oil an ovenware, pour the dough in it and bake it in the oven preheated to 175 degrees Celsius (my cake was cooked in 22 minutes – but there may be some differences between ovens, so bake your cake watchfully).

As our cake is being cooked, we prepare its cream. Mix milk, sugar and flour in a pot and cook it until it starts boiling. Then take it off the stove and leave it to rest for cooling down.

Remove your baked cake from the oven and pour some milk&cacao mixture over it.

Add liquid cream into the warm cream and mix it well with a mixer. Pour it over your cake and spread it well.
Cover the top of the cake with cacao. After it cools down, place it into refrigerator. Enjoy.

If you have time, it is better to let it rest overnight. If you are in a hurry, you can consume it after 3-4 hours. A delicious cake that you can try.
