Pie Cake with Vanilla, Pudding and Spinach

Ingredients
3 eggs
2 tea glasses of granulated sugar
1 tea glass of oil
1.5 tea glass of spinach puree
7 heaping tablespoons of flour
Little less than 1 teaspoon of carbonate
1 pack of baking powder
1 pack of sugared vanilla

For topping
1 pack of pudding with vanilla
2 glasses of milk

Preparation
Hi friends, today I will give a perfect cake recipe to you.
Just like the traditional way of making a cake, whisk egg and sugar until it foams, for around 6-7 minutes. Then, add spinach puree and stir. Next, add flour, baking powder, vanilla and carbonate and keep stirring. Pour the mixture in an oiled and floured pie pan and bake in it a controlled way in your oven preheated to 160 degrees Celsius. I can’t say a certain baking time as any oven is different than another, but my oven baked it in 20 minutes. As it is being baked in the oven, cook your pudding with 2 glasses of milk and let it to rest to cool it down. After our cake is cooked, we wait for it to cool down, too, and then we pour our pudding onto it. Let it to rest in refrigerator for 1 hour, garnish it and serve. I preferred colorful candies to garnish.
