Every 3 hours, eat small meals. If you keep your stomach empty for a long time, you will consume much more food during the day and you will get excess amount of calorie. Don’t consume foods containing sweetener even if they have zero calorie. Such foods and beverages may be delicious for you at the time you are consuming them, but in the coming hours, they cause postprandial bloating and make you desire more sugar.
