Au Gratin with Vegetables Recipe


For the New Year’s Eve, a delicious au gratin with vegetables recipe.

1 cauliflower
2 potatoes
1 carrot
2 table spoons of flour
2 glasses of milk
6 tablespoons of oil
1 pack of cream
1 egg
100 gr grated kashar cheese
Black pepper


Peel potatoes and carrot and chop them into a large pot. Add water up to the upper level of the vegetables and then boil them until they softens. Take boiled carrot and potato off the pot and cube them. Boil cauliflower in a pot. Oil your oven tray, spread some flour and spread the vegetables randomly. For the béchamel sauce, fry the oil and flour until they become light-yellow, add milk and cook it until it begins to boil. Leave it to cool. When the sauce become warm, add egg, cream and salt and whisk the mixture well and then pour the sauce over the vegetables. Spread some grated kashar cheese on top of them. Cook it in your oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius until the surface is fried.
