Chantal’s New York Cheesecake


Chantal’s New York cheesecake is the most delicious and creamy cake ever. It is said so because it is cheesier and it’s also very easy to make. This cake is a great choice for any event from graduation party to Christmas and thanksgiving to birthdays and many more.

It can be made at home and no need to now shop around getting the cake, rather make it with your hands to make your friends and family and loved ones feel special.


Make it at your place with a simple recipe as follows:

Mix together graham cracker crumbs in butter and put it in a pan.

Then after this blend the cream, cheese and sugar, later adding milk and eggs, vanilla and flour. Once mixed properly add it above the crust in the pan.

In last put it in oven for an hour which should be preheated at 175 C and then let it cool. Once cooled then serve.

Here are few of the ingredients you will need in place to prepare Chantal’s New York Cheesecake; crushed graham crackers, melted butter, 4 eggs, sour cream, all-purpose flour, white sugar, milk and vanilla extract. When you have all of these available, proceed to the next instruction.


Now preheat your oven a little longer to 350 degrees F then grease your pan.

Get a separate kitchen bowl of the, medium size and mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter above.
Next get a larger bowl and mix the cream cheese with sugar until they blend together. Add some milk inside then mix the eggs inside the mixture one at a time, keep repeating this process until they blend together. Mix in the sour cream, vanilla extract and flour until they smooth altogether.

Bake the above mixture into a preheated oven for at least 60 minutesTo prevent the cake from cracking, you may now turn the oven off and the cake to sit in there for another 5 hours. Put the cake into a refrigerator and allow it to chill until serving.

You have just prepared cheesecake that tastes great. Its preparation takes a little longer, so it is hardly being used as a quick meal for example a breakfast. It can be served plain or with chilled drink to get the most out of it. It is a perfect desert to entertain friends, family or guest at any time of the day.
