My mom always says “I forgot how to make pastry and cake since you have stepped inside the kitchen”. Today, my mom wanted me to show some easy-to-do recipes for her, she said she may need one. My mom prefers making something on the stove, rather than in oven. In this case, I made a fluffy cake for you in a pan. My mother wrote down the recipe – it will be her reference when any guest comes. You should have this recipe with you, too – it will make things easier for you.
Whisk egg and sugar until the mixture foams.
Add the other ingredients except flour and stir the mixture.
Add flour slowly and keep stirring well.
Pour cake dough into a nonstick pan, which is oiled and floured.
Hit the pan to the ground a few times so that the cake can leaven in a balanced way.
Fold aluminum folio 4 times, as much as it can cover the stove part that you will use, and place it onto the stove before placing the pan. Then, place the pan onto this aluminum folio.
Use middle size part of your stove and set heat to the lowest.
If the lid you will use has a hole on it, close the hole with a napkin piece.
My cake is baked in 40 minutes.
Leave the baked cake to rest for 5-10 minutes and then turn down the cake mold to a serving dish.
Prepare your sauce with the ingredients above and pour your sauce over your cake while the sauce is warm – not hot.
If you wish, you can use some whipped cream after it cools down.
