Morellos Jam Wet Cake Recipe

4 eggs
1 cup of sugar
Just a few less than 1 cup of oil
1 packet of vanilin extract (10gr)
1 packet of baking soda
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 dessertspoon of cinnamon
1 packet of whipped cream
1 cup of milk for whipped cream


For Wetting:
1 bowl of milk
2 tablespoons of morellos jam
Flour (mixture must be thick and fluid)

Firstly whip eggs with mixer for 2-3 minutes, add sugar and churn. After mixture formed foam, add other liquid ingredients. Mix with flour, vanilin extract, baking soda and knead. Add cocoa and cinnamon, knead, pour on oiled pyrex tray and bake for 35 mins. On the other side, prepare whipped cream pursuant to directions at the back of the package and leave to cool in freezer for a while. When the cake baked, take out from oven and wait for a while until it gets cooler. Pour wetting mixture on cake properly. When cake gets cold, cover top of the cake with whipped cream and cut in slices. Discretionary, you can ornament slices with morellos in jam.
