Pastry with Chicken Meat Recipe

Ingredients for Pastry with Chicken Meat:


3 phyllo dough
1 chicken breast
1 onion
1 bowl of sweet pea
2 red peppers
Olive Oil

For its sauce:

1 glass of milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons of butter

For topping:

Egg yolk


Preparation of pastry with chicken meat:

Pick boiled chicken meat into pieces. Finely chop onion and red pepper, sauté them in olive oil. Add seat pea. When the vegetables get softer, add chicken meat and keep sautéing. Add salt and pepper, then turn off the stove.

Heat butter on a pan and let it melt, then let it cool down for a short time. Add milk, egg and little amount of salt, and whisk the mixture. Cut the phyllo dough into pieces, apply some sauce on the dough, put some filling ingredient and then roll the dough. When you use all dough, apply the remaining part of the sauce onto the pastries. Apply some egg yolk onto the pastries and bake them in your oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.
