Benefits of nettle, an herb which is contained in many different medicines, are numerous. Stinging Nettle Soup is not only a delicious meal, but also a medicine that you can prepare at home.
Ingredients for Nettle Soup:
Half kg of nettle
1.5 glasses of corn flour
3 tablespoons of butter
1 coffee spoon of mint
4-5 cloves of garlic
Preparation of Stinging Nettle Soup:
Wear gloves, chop nettles and boil them in water. When they softens, get a glass of the liquid and filter the remaining part. Take the leaves into a pot, add water and mix it with a blender. To crush easily, add some water. Crush the boiled herbs like puree and add a few glasses of water.
Place the pot on the stove and add corn flour slowly and stir up with a stirrer. Cook it until it becomes consistent. Add crushed garlic, mint and salt just before you take the pot off the stove. Lastly, add melted butter, mix and take it off the stove.
